At 64.000km only, the FID starts acting strange. The clock still works but the bars for engine temperature and fuel quantity are gone :-(
Since new one costs nothing less than 330€ a DIY-operation was performed. A faulty gear indication (eg 5 iso 1) is a first indication that problems are ahead...

You clearly see the damage by the water ingress...
The cause: the plastics around the buttons of the clock was cracked. This results in water infiltration and shortcuts on the print.
